    Store Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Team Management

    • Detecting staff requirements
    • Interviewing selected top talent, hiring and conducting on-boarding processes for new hires
    • Developing staff using various techniques which include, but are not limited to, coaching in the moment, providing product knowledge seminars, providing employees with selling goals, etc.
    • Motivating the team
    • Organizing and planning weekly work schedules
    • Organizing holidays and days off

    Product Management

    • Collaborating with the Store Manager in organizing the stock reception process
    • Analyzing the optimization of stock through daily sales reports
    • Organizing the product display in the store by identifying top sellers in the company, top sellers in your store location and planograms
    • Organizing and assisting in floor moves for sale periods, store events and new inventory
    • Communicating with the product distribution department to request stock for the store

    Store Management

    • Opening and closing the store
    • Controlling the maintenance and cleanliness of the store floor and storage rooms
    • Supervising cash purchases, exchanges and returns
    • Recognizing, anticipating and satisfying customers needs through providing excellent customer service
    • Managing returns, orders and alterations

    Till Management

    • Monitoring and analyzing KPI's (ADS, UPT, Conversion) in order to maximize business performance
    • Prioritizing, planning and delegating business needs based on the review of sales, KPI's and weekly sales reports
    • Designing action plans to ensure the full potential success of the stores objectives
    • Implementation and monitoring process of exchanges, returns and cash impact
    • Loss prevention
    • Ensure sales goals are met weekly be identifying ways to drive sales generation

    Skills & Experience Requirements:


    In order to be considered for this position you MUST:

    • Have 3 years of previous Store Manager experience (retail clothing store is a plus)
    • Have excellent customer service skills
    • Be exceptional in multi-tasking and making common sense decisions in a fast-pace environment
    • Have experience in motivating a team and analyzing business needs through use of KPI's to ensure maximum profitability of the business
